RC's = OCD?

Just curious if anyone else gets the feeling that doing reality checks during your waking life is a lot like having an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. When I re read things several times during the day, or try to condiditon myself to pinch my nose and try to breathe, I get the feeling that I must look insane..... :eek:

Can't say i've ever felt like that...i have terrible trouble remembering to do them full stop!!
