Hello everyone!
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the forum.
My name is Frank and, although I am a newbie to this board, I am not a newbie at all to LD's. I have lost count as to how many I've actually had - around the order of 200 or so/Yr for the past 4-5 years. I no longer need to use dream cues or reality checks...it just happens! I guess from what I've read I should consider myself fortunate  !
Well, it is early in the morning here in WNY, so I should be off to my next adventure with my companion, Dread Bird the Dragon, and Tyra & Myna, my 'lady friends' ;) .
Hopefully, the adventure doesn't turn out like the night before...when I had to destroy a whole city!
Happy dreams 2 all!!!

welcome to dream views. Congratulations on your lucid dreams. I am sure you worked hard to get to where you are.

Welcome to DV - Glad to hear you're already having lucid dreams. Do they come naturally or do you do anything to make them happen? Even if they come naturally, you'll learn a lot on this site. Good Luck!

Thank you, everyone for your kind messages of welcome!
Actually, Burns, they really do come naturally. Shortly after I fall asleep, I have trained myself to recognize the fact that I am back where I am master of all I survey! I usually then proceed to find my friends, and we explore, talk, sometimes wreak a little havoc (Dread Bird IS a dragon, after all! ;) ) As such, he can be prone to stir up a little mischief now and then. If he gets a bit out of control, either I or one of my other friends usually make him aware of it - sometimes quite spectacularly!
I have been through mirrors (most of the time, there's nothing so I go back), flown out of the atmosphere (but as someone mentioned, you lose all reference points - returning to where I was is still a work in progress!), and created entire worlds in a few LD's. Just looking into mirrors can be quite exhilirating - my face usually shape-shifts on its own!!!
I know I still have not yet achieved mastery, but with the help of the forum, I look forward to crossing that threshold soon!
Happy Dreams 2 All!
