Hi,im 14 and im usually about 75% lucid when im asleep
Out of everyone i know im probably the best dream recaller.Im not very good at controlling them though.Only sometimes i can completely control my dreams.Like,last night i had no control of my dream until i was in a japanese sword duel.I didnt have contol over it until i put my hand on the handle.I finished that duel in victory without killing anyone but seriously injuring them.But when i got done i tryed to put my sword back in it's sheath,but instead i dropped it and after that i lost control of the dream.When i have total control of my dreams i try my best to make it last.Its the best feeling to have.Its like you have your own world to do what ever you plz like flying,teleport,scenery change,ect.Sometimes when im in a scary dream i have the ability to teleport to this dark place with a spotlight on me but im not in that dream body so from first person view im moving up slightly and circling my body about 9 feet away from it and then as clear and soft as a bell it speaks and says "time to wake up.",then of course i wake up sweating and heart beating fast.Like i said before i have i really good dream recall.i dont know why im so good at it.Usually if somebody asks what my dream was about i can tell them what it is with even the slightest detail. Well thats all i have to say tonight.Sweet dreams. :D
