Help on Dream Recall...
Hey guys! I have just started getting back into the Lucid Dreaming routine. But there is a problem. My recall is crap. At best, I can only remember bits and pieces of my dreams. How can I get my recall better? For the past few nights, I have tried using the MILD technique to no avail. What can I do?

I see this question alot. It is a problem most people have. There are several things you can do. One, would be meditation during the day. Find a place quiet where no one will disturb you for a while and meditate, let your mind drift away till there is nothing but emptyness. Now, try to recall memories (it doesn't have to be dreams, though dreams are preferable). Do this for 10 - 30 minutes. If you get a headache stop, do not continue, get drink, watch some tv, get your mind working again. This is also a good way to increase vividness in dreams. Another way, is saying to yourself that you wil remember you'r dream. I usually say this while I'm falling asleep "I will dream, I will know that I am dreaming, I will remember my dream." Both hasn't helped me with lucidity, but it works wonders for recall.

When you wake up, don't do anything. Don't move, just think... what dream did I just have? Make it your number one priority.
If you really can't remember, try using the emotions that you still feel and build up from there.
Works most of the time. Of course, sometimes random things often trigger your memory, too. For example, I'd have totally forgotten my recent dream about meeting James Blunt in a pub ( :| ) if I hadn't heard his name on the radio the following day.

As you are falling asleep, dont think about what you have to do the next day. Just think about the fact that you are going to be dreaming soon.
