Hi

I just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I just had as far as I can tell, my first lucid dream last night, and when I was looking them up I found this board. So hi. :D

Oh yeah, my dream:

I had been up on the computer real late (Ok, so it was only 11:00, but I'm 12). When my parents forced me to go to bed, my dream started with me just sitting at the computer exactly as I had been before. Then I noticed something was weird, and I realized I was dreaming. I got excited, because I'd read about lucid dreams before, and how you could control them. So, I decided to try flying. I ended up flying around my hallway a bit before I woke up.

What's really cool to me now is that I was able to fly, when I saw things on the website saying it's harder to do.

Haha. I'm glad you decided to post your dream. I was gonna bring it up, but figured you'd end up just posting it somewhere else, anyway. :chuckle:

Nice first LD. I used to have a lot of trouble with flying, but that was back before I knew what LD'ing was. Feel lucky that you're already over that hump. lol. You might want to go ahead and start your dream journal, though. It's always nice to be able to start one off with your first lucid dream.
