you meen an mp2? were can i download one that has worked for you?
Andrew--(liquid rider) maby you should be a little more specific in your questions ...lol. What he means in "downloading a binary beat or w/e to play while sleeping, then during REM you can hear it and use it as a dream sighn Dose anyone have any EXP with this? If so can you please tell us if it works? lease let us know tahnks,
I have tried it a few times but I always fall asleep before I have gathered the strength to put on the headphones... lol
It has worked for many people, though. It may not work for me because I'm finnish and I don't know if my brain translates english in my sleep.
An idea I had is downloading an alarm clock program to your pc that plays an mp3 at a desired time. You wouldn't have to wake up, the mp3 would go on all by itself.
That, of course, requires having a pc with speakers near the bed.

how bout a laptop :D
I downloaded many MP3s.
I usually wake up after 5 hours and listen to them before going back to sleep, not while i'm sleeping. i find it impossible to sleep with sounds around (i got earplugs anyway). But i have yet to come up with results (0 LDs so far)
You should first get used to those mp3s, multiple listens are important... I feel like i'm almost getting results
well last night i tried it, i woke up at 3:15 and turned it on and went back to sleep, no ld but it deffinetly gave me better dream recall wich is proggress
