I have been recently try to WILD or AP. I have gotten to the point of my body being numb and rising sensations. This is as far as i can get, i hear you have to wait till a sharp rushing of noise or some vibrations. Just wondreing if anyone knew how to get into this next stage?

Yeah iv only tryed a WILD twice, Same thing that happened to you..from the posts iv made im thinkin its just a concentratoin and a practice thing. Ima keep tryin them on weekend mornings and i do it expecting the best but in reality Wilds are the hardest way to self induce Ld's So dont be hard on urself if u ant got a WILD.......yet :-D
