Hiya
I found this place whilst surfing and it instantly caught my attention. To be honest, I didn't even think 'lucid dreaming' was possible up until I read up on it here. I can remember my dreams vaguely, but I can't remember ever actually knowing I was dreaming. So yeah, I guess that's my current lucidity-status.
I've got a question to start off with; I always (and I'm sure many others get this) remember dreams as a very vague, blurry image. How realistic can they actually get once you're lucid?
Anyways, it's good to be here. :D

Welcome to Dream views :) Your dreams are only blury because you are not remembering them enough. Once you start to focus more on your dreams, your normal dreams will seem just as vivid as real life. I just woek up now and i remember my dream so vividly as if it happened only yesterday. To do this, you need to write down all your dreams eevry time you wake up. the more you do that, the more you will find your dreams becomming more and more clear.

Hi, Ridley. Welcome to Dream Views. :welcome: We're certainly very happy to have you here. As Barbizzle has already said, your problem most likely is due to the fact that you need to learn better dream recall techniques. Try using a dream journol. I am sure that will help your recall significantly. Also, try using some of our tutorials. I am sure you will find them quite useful in your quest for lucidity. If you have any questions or concerns regarding dreams, you can always pm myself, another dream guide, or a more experienced member.
