newbie dude

Hey, I'm Francisco I live in Mexico and I'm 15. I've been looking at this website and it raised my motivation for lucid dreaming:D . I've had a couple of L ucid Dreams and i just love the concept. Even though I'm was too lazy to have a dream journal, but thanks to your site I'm starting tonight! I can't wait to have another Lucid Dream and I would love to be addopted when it's time :P I love to be part of the community. Keep dreaming :wink:

P.D. By the way I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to incubate dreams, if someone coud tell me something about it I would really appreciate.

Welcome on board! I would like to invite you to take a look at all of the tutorials. Perhaps the MILD techinque is what you are looking for?

Hola. Welcome to Dreamviews. For incubating dreams, just think about what you want to dream about as you fall asleep. Also write it down before you get ready for bed. Basicly all you have to do is have it on your mind.
