Well I don't really need a medic. But I've been practicing for a while, and although my dreams have gotten much more vivid and detailed, I can't seem to get the total lucid thing going on. Any tips and stuff would be appreciated.

First of all, Welcome!!!
I would suggest that you keep a well detailed dream journal, or, my personal fav, you can try to achieve a WILD or MILD by waking up 6 hours after falling asleep, and staying up for 30 minutes to wake your mind up. This method generally works the best for me, but it really depends on the person.
Try them out, and keep on posting!!!
Hope you can find what you are looking for...
What exactly do you mean by getting "the total lucid thing going on?" Do you faintly realize you are dreaming, but not enough to exert control? Or can you totally see that you are dreaming but you're having trouble with control? Or are you realizing you are dreaming but then losing that realization? ... :mrgreen:Quote:

Hey there, Welcome to the forum Pudgedog! :)
Your name is cool. :P
Thanks for the tips everyone, I'll definatley give them a shot. And to reply to Ice: Its like I know I am dreaming, but very faintly and everything seems to go on without my ability to really control anything, even myself. But I'm guessing I need some more practice, which is what I'm going to go do right after I finish this post. Thanks again. :)
WELCOME!

For those that were asking the piece of soap says FIGHT CLUB....If you have seen the movie then you know what it means, if you don't then I strongly suggest you watch it, if you don't mind movies that tell you that your complete lifestyle is pretty much crap.
It's hard to describe, just watch it...
Yeah that movie rules... It kinda made me want to get into this dreaming thing in the first place for some reason. I like corn on the cob too! W()()T!
amazing. it has alot to say about how the world/media controls us. :?Quote:

Its great though.
It has alot to say about everything...
Its not really about the media that much, though, its more about the lifestyle(it is not only taught through the media, but by everything that surrounds us)
