When startled out of sleep, I will often "lose" my dreams. I think it is the result of something demanding my attention right when I wake, breaking the link to the dream memories. |

Im now on my 6th night on my quest for lucidity and still making good process with recall. This morning I was awakened by thunder and the blinding light of the sun, I seriouly thought we were being bomed. As soon as I woke up my heart was racing. I still went to sleep after it so once i woke up the second time I questioned whether I had a false awakening earlier, but my roomate assured me I did not and that i was really worried. The thing is I know that I was dreaming all night but I belive when I was woken up that way I forgot all of them. |
