Salutations!
I've been flirting with the notion of getting back into lucid dreaming for a couple of years now. 25 years ago it seemed all I did while sleeping was lucid dreaming. Once I had kids and was seriously depleted in terms of hours of sleep, I spent ages training myself to ignore my dreams, so although I've been lucid dreaming all along, I have tried to maintain a level of denial/unconsciousness about it. I still wake up after every dream and usually make an effort to promptly forget it. . . but now I think I'm ready to start being more conscious again.
I like reading other people's posts because they either remind me of things I used to do or give me great ideas to try.

Hi, welcome to DV, good to have you aboard!
Perhaps you should check out the MILD technique in the tutorial section. Have you been keeping a dream journal, or do you not feel the need to?
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
