Hello everyone,
I'm Alex, and I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a few months, so I'm still quite the newbie :)
My dream recall has increased incredibly since I started researching about lucid dreaming and I'm hoping that low level lucidity is on its way.
Anyway, hello! Thanks for being a part of this wonderful community, I've already learned so much. Hopefully I'll have stories and ideas to contruibute to the discussions soon enough!

Have you tried any induction techniques for lucid dreams?
