      Dream Vividness

Hey i just started out attempting Lucid Dreams, im only in the stage of making a dream journal just now. But im finding that my dreams are not very vivid, i feel detached from them, like im watching them and not taking place. I can't remember having any senses in my dreams apart from sight and limited sound. Anyone got any tips on making dreams more vivid? Thanks.

I sent you a pm with the link for that one. Anyway, I hope this helps, and I hope that you find a lot of help in our forum. If you need anything, feel free to ask!

I've found that the vividness of my dream comes and goes, and I think part of it might be related to dream recall. I don't know if there's any way to increase the vividness apart from being lucid, so I'd say to just wait.

Congrats on your recall, Oy! I have only recently started working on my dream recall, and it picks up quickly. Only a week ago, I was only remembering one dream a night. Right now, I am up to 2.
      Keep it up.
