hi, im ken, I live in the province of B.C, I was just recently made aware of lucid dreaming by a friend who had me watch this movie of his "Waking life" undoubtedly you've probably all heard of it. I stumbled accross this website on my search for more information on the subject and was impressed with the sites set up. Im currently facing a dilemna , Ive been trying to increase my dream recall, but since I have started I havent remembered a single dream at all and its beggining to become extremely frustrating, any suggestions?

Welcome to DV! Waking life is indeed a great movie. How long have you been practicing your recall method? Are you keeping a dream journol? If not, start one. This is a great recall strategy!
