Any noobs tried astral projection!!

I read up on it online, probally the most interesting topic ive read about so if anyone knows of books to get pm me ;)

anyway i was trying it last night and i stopped after bout 30 mins of trying to relax...i got a drink then went bak to bed and started the process again
i got to a stage where my whole body was light and relaxed..and my vision was in a black void.....then i followed a step whereby u imagine yourself from across the room beginning to rise..when i started to do this my body tingled and i began to feel weightless, an amazing feeling then i consciously thougth about it and my heart began to race and it ended....im gonna try and develop it further maybe ill be able to leave my body some day!!!

i also read on a web page that some government agencies have people developing this ability way beyond normal...for as astral projection u can be anywhere on the 'reality grid' and therefore acces any information

Hey, I tried doing that once after reading a book about these twin girls. twin one was adopted (unbeknownst to her) and twin two could do astral projection, and her astral self was teaching twin one to do it so twin two could steal twin one's body....

.. yeah.. weird...

so anyways, I tried it a couple of times but I didn't really concentrate on it (I got freaked out that someone would steal my body, lol.)

I think OBE's and stuff is people doing WILDS but not realising they're in their own dreams... Because the steps you take are almost identical to WILD, and you imagine yourself rising out of your body, instead of imagining yourself in a place you want to start your dream.....

So ya got close to doing a WILD ;)

yup. If you managed to follow it through you could've entered a dream fully lucid.

yeah im gonna try it again tonight, be in bed in about an hour and ive read up some more on it so hopefully i can get a step further this time

a technique some use is to use the 'divine' i think its some spirit god or something..not sure
but u use the mantra la ra ss and itsa supposed to help u out

There's a BIG difference, trust me. You know the effects, racing heart, vibrations, tingling, do those come from going into a dream?

I think that OBEs are OBEs because I've studied the matter intensely and train my energy body every day. By now I can feel it.

Ok, here's a little test for all you out there, focus on your feet as much as you can, and imagine someone rubbing them.

i need some tips if anyone had any...when i get the floating buzzing feeling my heart pumps loud and at a slightly faster rate..like i have high bp or something...it makes me conscious and wrecks all the effort...jow would i get rid of this?? (u know the feeling when lying on ur bak how when u breathe out u can feelk ur heart more and its heavier)

i have been wanting to try this for a while now, but I wanted to somewhat master LD's before I tool on a whole different subject...

P.S. I haven't mastered LD's, but I have done some incredible progress, in my opinion...that reminds me I have to post an LD I had last night...very interesting stuff....
