Hey! Anything that relaxes you has the potential to help induce an LD. Listening to relaxing music and/or sounds is a tried and true method for many dreamers. It isn't garunteed, but it's worth a try!
I used to do the exact same thing when I was younger - it was called Thunder Magic or something to that effect. I can't say it helped me LD, but as Gwen said - you never know!Quote:
