My first Post (and LD)

Ok so a few days ago I started reading about how I could do this. I really wanted to do this because I thought it wouldbe really fun and exctiting. So I found this forum and tried rememebring my dreams and writing them down for a few days. Then, yesterday, I found this self Hypnosis thing for lucid dreaming. So I said, What the heck, it can't hurt can it? So right before I went to sleep I listened to it. It was about 30 minutes long so when I finished I was COMPLETELY relaxed. So I went to sleep and low and behold... I had my first Lucid Dream.
It was so much fun! I didn't really know what to do but I had read some techniques on this forum. So I started jumping and flying and walking through walls and summoning freinds and eveyrthing. I also read not to get excited so I tried to supress it. Finally in the end it was like I could not hold on to the dream anymore and it just went black. Anyways, I just wanted to see what you guys thought about the whole self-hypnosis thing. Thanks.

Self hypnosis is very valid. You can focus your will to make your mind do almost anything. Welcome to the forum. It is awesome to have you with us. I hope that you like the forum, and if you need help, feel free to ask.
