help,how to do a VILD

can some one tell me how to do a VILD,it's badly writen in the tutorials

I've never done a VILD myself and I think that Sparky, the guy that wrote it is not around anymore. He does however quote the work of Pedro on LD4all.com.

I don't want you to leave us, but maybe you could ask around over there. Perhaps Pedro is still around and can help?
