Im new, with a question.
Ive always been aware of my dreams, and I can always remember them, Im just now getting into this lucid dreaming stuff, but I have a question. Ive read about relaxing your body so that you are dissassociated from it, almost numb. Well Ive always been able to do that, even with eyes open, just sitting at a table I can make my whole body numb. Will this talent help me lucid dream?

First off, Welcome to the forum! :D
To answer your question, this ability may help you with the WILD technique, which requires you to concentrate on keeping your mind awake while your body falls asleep. I'm no expert on WILDing - so I can't give much more advice than that.
