Housewife Saying Hello

Hello everyone. I like to call myself Rayen, and as my profile shows I am a mother of four wonderful children. :) I was viewing a site called howstuffworks.com and a link on one of the pages led me here yesterday and I was intrigued by this concept of being able to know when you are dreaming. Having four kids I think it would sometimes be nice to get away once in a while. :)

I looked at a few of the tutorials and am excited to try out the MILD technique. It seems fairly straightforward. Wish me luck.
