evening dreamers, after seeing the movie waking life I have become interested in luicd dreaming, it wasnt until a random nite that I had my first lucid dream, it was really vivid and changed my look on the world and the mind. This was about 2 years, I have had a lucid dream since but came straight out of it as I had what can only be called a dream panic attack. Anyway I am taking it seriously now, I got my dream journal right next to me following all the steps, just ordered some B6. Only problem now is that am probably too excited lol, dont worry I will try and sort it out. I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing our expereinces:)
