Hello people
Hey, I'm new to the forums but not to lucid dreaming. I don't remember how I stumbled upon it but I found this site a long time ago and sort of gave up lucid dreaming after a week. Now that summer's back it came up again and I started trying. I'm still working on dream recall, but it's really difficult for me. I started out maybe remembering one dream per week and am up to remember my dreams about an hour back or so, nearly every night.
Of what I remember, I've had like 8 or 9 realizations that I'm dreaming, but either woke up or forgot I was dreaming not long afterwards. I've read all the stuff at the home page, and I've read a few tutorials, and I'm going to keep a dream journal pretty soon.

Welcome to the forum. As you're keeping a dream jounral it definitely seems that you're on the right path to being a lucid dreamer. You may want to set your alarm so that you'll be awakened during REM sleep; your dream recall will be better then. Make sure to write down your dream as soon as you get up.

Welcome to the forum! :) Sounds like you're doing all the right things to lead you to lucidity. Practice, practice, practice! Everything comes with time, so be patient, and most importantly - have fun! :D

Thanks. Actually, since just joining yesterday (or the day before, I can't remember) I've already made progress, this site is really helpful.
