      Stress and recall

      Hi!

I'm new to this forum so let me introduce myself. I have been working with dreams for some time, had few LDs, my main interest is to use them to influence my reality, to change it while dreaming lucid. I live in Cracow, Poland
Since few months I have changed my job, new job includes a lot of stress. My problem is that I see that my recall is gettin worse. When I wake up, I know that I had a lot of dreams, sometimes I remember them and there's no problem with recall but other times I know I had them but it's problematic to recall them.
Do u know any interesting relaxation techniqes, meditation?
Other problem is that I wake up with my alarm clock, not before it so it may be the cause of some loss of recall. I sleep for about 7-9h per day (I always had problems with falling asleep so the time may be shorter in some cases). I've noticed that i have best recall when I don't have to wake up on certain hour. Does anyone know any method to overcome the alarm clock problem? Or to improve sleep to wake up well-rested before the alarm clock?

      Regards
      Lou

to stop the stres try this

when you get home, and you are stresed, find a nice spot, sit or lay there, and start to day dream that you are in a nice blace, like some mounten and you find a nice hous,or see a river nier,go there look around, that will take your mind of everything, then when you feel relaxed, eat something nice or sweet, and your OK

      oh and welcome to DV
