A quick question about WILDing (first post)

Hey guys, I'm brand new to the boards, and have only started trying to Lucid about 4 days ago when I stumbled onto this website (which I've failed everytime). I've had lucid dreams before by accident about 3 time before. I can recall at least one dream a night and I guess that's a good step forward from what I've read.

But onto my question:

Since it is summer, I haven't really been doing too much sleeping at night and always fall asleep somewhere between 5-8 am and wake up sometime in the afternoon (2ish). Is it possible to WILD when I'm really sleepy but haven't been to bed yet? I can control myself up to the last 30 seconds of me being fully asleep but idk if it would work since everyone talks about waking up first and then trying.

I haven't really tried the WILD, but from what I've read, I think that you'd have to wake up.

Maybe try waking up earlier one day, and going to bed a bit earlier too?

As far as I know WILD works even if you haven't woke up before, but It's easier if you have.

Can you control up to 30 secs before? Why don't you set your alarm, and try FILD or WILD? You will have a huge chance of succeeding, especially with FILD
