Welcome to Dream Views Turkey mate :D
For dreamrecall, I allways give this advice: keep a pen and some paper besides your bed! As you wake up, use 1 or 2 minutes to focuse one whatever you might've dreamt. Don't open your eyes. I only a few details come to your mind, then write them down on the paper. As you go for breakfast, concentrate on the words/details you wrote. It might eventually come to your mind whatever you might've dreamt.
If it doesn't, then don't give up on it. Dream recalling is a skill, that anyone can learn and it's not difficult :)
so after learning to dream recall, I can learn to become conscious during sleep( Lucid)?
Well erhm, you can start trying out techs already this night. I suppose you start of doing a lot of reality checks when awake, since if it becomes a habbit for you to do it while awake, it might become one when asleep aswell. My dreamrecall has allways been good, and after a 2 weeks, I had my first dream. It was a DILD, which means Dream Induced Lucid Dream, which means you realise when dreaming, that you are dreaming hence becomming lucid.
A reality check is simply done my pinching your nose and if you can breath, you are dreaming. If you can't, then you're not dreaming. It is also good to do two reality checks. The other one could be closing one of your eyes. If you can see your nosetip, you are awake. If you can't see it, you are dreaming. Do such a reality maybe twice an hour or whenever it comes to your mind.
You can find a lot of tech tutorials in the tutorial section :)
I got alot of learning to do, heheh
thanks (:
There's no reason you can't work on both dream recall and becoming lucid at the same time :) They're mutually beneficial, actually, so work on both. The main thing is just to remain positive and confident because your recall will continue to get better as you work on it and you'll find that you start to notice more when you're dreaming.
If you have more questions just feel free to ask, but as Marvo suggested, the Tutorials are a great place to start :) Welcome to DV!

trying to learn dream recall and lucidity at the same time can be pretty stressful (i've tried it). i'm still on mastering dream recall and it's been 2 monthes, so far i remember abouts....eh, 2 dreams a night, which is good because u roughly have 3 1/2 dreems a night. my advice for getting a better dream recall is asking your self before you go to bed to let you remember your dream when you wake up. then i do 2 rituals (they may not work for u) the first i do is tensing up my whole body starting at the toes, one muscle at a time, the realising one at a time from the toes up. then i do deep breathing and "fill" every body part with air until i feel i have filled up. then i ask my self to show me how to fly if i want a flying dream. i hope i helped!
