a couple of questions from a nOOb =)

hey!! well ive been lurking for the past day... ok, im impatient!! but i heard about this lucid dreaming yesterday and i tried last night... I had a flying dream!! woo!
ok, but i think that what happened was that i dreamt i was having a lucid dream.?? get it?
i read that one of the dreamsigns was nudity in public palces(unless youre into that sort of thing), and i showed up at school butt naked, so i thought 'hell, i must be dreaming'. i think. so anyway, i thought it would be cool to fly, so i did. (i LOVE flying dreams, they are so great!). i dont think it was lucid, im nearly convinced it wasnt, but hey...
also- the induction technique(? i think) of tightening and relaxing all the separate muscles in your body, like starting from the toes up... my drama teacher does this in class, like tells us what to do when we all lay there on the floor. well i was practising this last night in bed and i went into a massive trance-like state. i wasnt asleep, i was concious and everything, but my head was so relaxed and i felt like my body was just melting into my bed. any comments on that???
:?: another thing i was wondering, and this might sound REALLY stupid, but i was wondering if anyone else has wished to see a person in their dream and gotten an answer out of them, like something they were too scared to ask them in real life??
