If you want send me a link with the picture you would like to have and I can resize it for you....
Otherwise just send me the picture...somehow...
Resize it, MS paint will do (if it's text, then it probably won't be any good once resized).
There are alot of avatar you could choose. Try rpg-icons.com for hundreds of icons that will fit here.
