Hiya all! I just wanted to say that I registered here about a year ago, but I never did any real posting and half-forgot about the form, because I was somewhat busy with lots of various activites to seriously focus on LDing. However in the last few weeks I have been concentrating more of it, and also this new forum just begged me to join again.. I'm also registered on LD4All(same nick), and somewhat active there, and I notice that is quite different place: not better or worse, I wouldn't like to offend anyone, though I do notice this site seems to be a bit more scientifical and less mystical than the other(which is fine with me, since I'm mostly a rationalist). Anyway, all this just to say I'm hoping to be active there, starting from now :-)
As for my 'skill levell', the times I focus on lucid dreaming I actually get decent dream recalls(and very interesting dreams)and I have re-started keeping a DJ - I I had a few 'lucid moments', some lasting a minute or so, but no real and true LD, though I did manage to reach sleep paralysis once or twice(I mostly try WILD and I'm also trying RCs these days). Anyway, sorry for the long post, happy to be here again :-)

Hey, David :) Glad to have you aboard (again).
Yes, this forum focuses more on actual lucid dreaming, rather than all the "new age" stuff that some other sites cater to. Lucid dreaming is not new age. It's simply knowing that you're dreaming. And considering people have been dreaming for thousands and thousands of years, I wouldn't really consider LDing "new age."
Hope to see you active around the forum. Please feel free to post any questions or experiences you may have. Good luck and have fun!
