I'm new here, and I'm just posting here to get acquainted with the forums.
I've never had a lucid dream before, and I've only had a few truly memorable dreams. However, after viewing this site, I've been inspired to look more into the matter of dreams. As a result of this, I'm currently trying to improve my dream recall by jotting down notes from my dreams when I wake up in the morning. When I'm proficient with this, I plan to move on to explore the possibility of dreaming lucidly.
Tips and suggestions will be appreciated. :)

Well, I've got my dream recall up to at least one per night, whereas before, I couldn't remember my dreams at all. Still though, I haven't really been having any lucid dreams. :blue:
