ook im not to good at this as im new but i have problems recalling as well i cant seem to controll me wild imagination so i drif to other thoughts than remembering my dreams i think it would help to have an image to focus apon but dreams dont have a shape or form dose any one have a segjestion of an image to focus apon?
P.S what are the emotions signiture and notification options suposed to do and can you explane the file atachments feacher

Hey, blade. I figured that since you have some different questions I would split this into its own topic. :) Hope you don't mind.
Well, how long have you been trying to build your recall? Sometimes it may take a day or two before you manage to get one down on paper, but keep trying! The more that you get it through your head that you want to recall your dreams, the more likely you will. Don't get stressed out about it, though, because worrying usually causes you to not recall your dreams in the morning, as can stress related to anything.
Another helpful tip is that when you wake up, don't move. Just lie there in bed and think about the last thing that you can remember dreaming about. If it's a color or a person or a place, try to remember something, and once you do work backwards. You might be surprised how much you can remember after being able to recall a detail or two. Once you have as much as you can recall in you head, then grab your dream journal (DJ) and write it down. If you need to wake yourself up earlier to have time to write it down, then do so. But be persistent about it, and again, you'll be fine.
As for the reply features, "emoticons" are the smiley faces, your signature is what you shows up under your posts (just like the quote that's under this post right now. It's the same in all of my posts). You can edit your profile (including your avatar, signature, etc) under your profile settings under "My Controls." The notification will allow you to get e-mails when someone replies to this topic. Also, I haven't played with the file attachments feature, but I'm assuming it allows you to attack a file from your computer to your post.

ok but my real problum is my focus i seem to slip out of focus on remembering my dreams right away (when i go to sleep) i fing myself thinking entirly about somthing else befor i get to sleep.
As for how long about a week and a half i dont use a dream journal bocous i dont whant the risk of somone else looking through my jounal and misunderstanding me however i seem to be building good dream recall as i have already rememberd nearly an entire dream wile the previos dream i rememberd maby 1 minit (dream time ( i dont know if dreams work along real time)).
