Ok, dream people keep convinsing me I'm not dreaming once I think I am! I've figured out that being at school is where most of my dreams are, so I usually become lucid there. And of course, I'm always prancing around the dream with my best friend :content: , but she's my problem... When ever I have a dream about school I usually get super angry and wonder why the heck we have school in summer, which usually makes me lucid. But then my friend gives me "proof" that I'm not dreaming, and I usually tend to believe her. :? I don't know how I can stop believing her in my dreams so I can really have a good dream! Anyone got any advice?

If I were you, before sleep, I would tell myself over and over that you will not fall for it. If I were you, I would also come up with a game plan of sorts. For example, if a person in your dreaming tells you that you are not, just plan to perform some feat of impossibility....Perhaps you could make that person dissapear. There are a thousand things one could do. You could even write your intentions down upon a piece of paper, and concentrate throughout the day on what you will do when you become lucid. The power of intention can be a great one, if you believe in what you are doing.

Next time you suspect that you're dreaming, do a "nose" reality check: pinch your nose shut and attempt to breathe through your nose anyway. If it works, that's pretty hard to argue with . This is one of the most reliable RC's around. Works every time for me. And I'd like to see your friend explain that one :D

Okay. A cure for this is to kill anyone who says "You're not dreaming."
Totally works.
The only downside to this is one time, you might find yourself being unable to fly after killing your mom.
This can be a problem.
You might also notice that all your reality checks fail.
My advice in this situation would be to run to Mexico.
Hope this helped!

Hahaha, yeah, I'd stick with the nose RC - that one works wonders for me too.
