hello all :)
Well, what can I say? I've been LDing naturally for years but never really thought anything of it until I came across this site by pure chance, trying to find the meaning of a dream about eating broken glass.
My first LD was when I was 13 or 14 and i was dreaming about trying to buy alcohol (underage) from the off-license, only after getting repeatedly kicked out 5 or 6 times did I go lucid and realise that I was dreaming. I just left the off-license thinking what's the point anyway when I can do anything i want if I'm dreaming.
Since then I've had a dozen or so full-on lucid dreams and loved every single one (including LD boning my girlfriend's best mate  ) .
I guess I'm quite lucky that I get semi-lucid dreams at least once or twice a week but they only last very briefly and I don't have that much control when compared to the proper LDs. Though for the record, I've always had problems remembering regular dreams when i wake up in the mornings.
Saying that I've been stressed at work of late and don't get that much sleep, so the LDs have been drying up recently but hey it'll all sort itself out soon I'm sure.
Anyway, I'm happy I've found the site and look forward to hearing others experiences of LDs.
TTFN.

Glad to see another natural lucid dreamer.
My first LD happened in grade 7... also aged 13 or 14. It involves killing people. My three favorite dreams gave me telekinetic power. I spent the first 5 to 10 minutes of the following mornings trying to move things around the way I was so familiar with in the dreams.
My natural LDs are infrequent, long and not very controllable. My deliberate ones are short.
How about some chocolate tonight and see how it works?
