i know its a newb question so thats why i posted it in the newbie forum lol. i read the turitols and all i got out of it was that DILD stands for Dream Initiated Lucid Dream. So how do u have one at will? or is that even possible?

DILD is when you are dreaming and realize your dreaming thereby becomeing Lucid. You can do this by: reality checks, dream signs, or just random dream occurances that spontaneously cause you to realize you are dreaming.
