that right there my friend, sounds like its part of a WILD. when your body falls asleep and your mind stays awake. Its like the holy grail of lucid dreams cause if u do it right then u can enter your dream lucid from the start! look in the turitols and there is a thing about WILD there. when u couldn't move your body sounds like sleep paralisis and that happens every night but usually you're asleep by then. Look at the turitols they will help. oh and congrats :) lol

Something similar brought me to this site. I had stayed awake all one night, and sometime in the next afternoon I had these experiences where I was sitting with my eyes open, and I suddenly realized I was dreaming. It found it really strange. So I looked on the internet to find out what that was, and I found this site....and stayed.
In my first official WILD, I was laying on my bed staring at the ceiling. After a while the ceiling started bouncing toward--then away--from me, getting closer each time (and I heard a hum, too). At the point where I reached out and touched it I knew I was in a lucid dream, so I got out of bed...and took off flying.
It was one of the neatest experiences I have had, since I never remember falling asleep. It was like I laid down in bed, and the next thing I knew, I had the ability to fly.
Welcome ...and good luck.
