Yet Another Introduction...

Hey everyone

It seems like it is somewhat of a custom around these parts to properly introduce yourself to the community before taking part in its, no doubt, vibrant and informal discussions ^^ So here's mine! My name is Thom Klaasse and I live in the Netherlands. I've known about lucid dreaming for about half a year now and have just recently again started my 'training' to attain it more often in my dreams. I have read this site and other sites to the last paragraph, as well as Stephan LaBerge's book 'Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming'. I know quite a lot about the subject right now, but I'm still only in the dream recording/recalling practise phase. I hope to find some recurring dreamsigns anytime soon now and gradually be able to induce lucidity more often instead of the more or less 'random' short lucid dreams I sometime have now. I also think the lucid dreams I díd have are still far from the full-fledged lucid dreams I've read about, so all in all I still have a long way to go :)

I hope to gather a lot more information from the forum and I'll post any of my experiences too if its appreciated :)

Ik kom zelf ook uit Nederland (zoals je merkt), en er zijn nog wel anderen hier die dat ook zijn (SKA bijv.). Maar goed, veel plezier op DV.. And eh .. sorry for the Dutch post (to the mods) :P

This must be the most flame/troll/idiocy-free, friendly, intelligent and warm-hearted forum I've ever had the honor of posting on... ^^ /RC

Quite an impressive achievment I must say! I guess the subject is only interesting to a certain kind of people... A kind which gets along perfectly with each other, listens and helps each other and doesn't blow each other's brains all over the floor o_O All equals in search for lucidity! Me likes.

Yep, this is a great forum. The mods do an excellent job of keeping people in line.
I've been a member since feb 05, and it's the longest i've ever stayed on any board. I've made some great friends too, along the way!
