Hi, I'm very new at this, but very interested. I've been trying to lucid dream for the past few months using a method I read about online where you keep your mind focused until your body slips into sleep, and you enter the dream fase concious, but I can never stay focused long enough. My mind wanders and I fall asleep. So I was just wondering if there are any other ways that work the best, or if its diffrent for each person?

It sounds like you are trying the WILD method. That's a little bit advanced and many people have trouble doing it. I suggest you read this and other tutorials:

Hey Hargalaten :) Welcome to the forum.
I'd encourage you to read through the tutorials, as Hellfire recommended. Everyone is different so you'll have to try different things and find out what works best for you. For example, I've never been able to WILD in my life - but there are other members here who do it regularly. It all depends on you.
