Hi all.
I've been lucid dreaming for two years now, and have had about 76 worthwhile LDs.
Out of all the sites on lucid dreaming, I've found this one to really be the most useful. The summer of 2005 was a horrid dry spell for me, and I'm still trying to get to my former level. My recall is shot, and my LD frequency is... sad, to say the least.
So, I joined up to try and redeem my lucid ability. Hope to be posting a bunch,

Welcome! Check out the tutorials section, that should help you. Infact, I think there is a guide especially for dry spells. We have a great community, have some fun at the lounge, mess around at sensless banter, etc.
Some people are dream guides, ask them if you have any questions. Happy dreaming!

Hi there, Thai :) Welcome to the forum!
As BeautifulDreamer said, the tutorials are a great place to start.
Also, if you haven't started one already, a dream journal will be your most important tool in developing your understanding of your own dreams. It will help you recognize patterns and dreamsigns which will help you attain lucidity later.

Also as BD said, the people with green stars under their avatar are Dream Guides. Please feel free to PM any one of us if you have any specific questions.
Good luck and have fun!
