First off, welcome to the forum. Secondly, I am not sure that i will be able to help you, but I know someone will ask you to post what you have tried, and what has happened? So... what have you tried and what has happened. Sadly, I have not had much luck myself.
God Bless
Why the sad face? That won't effect your LD practice in a very good way...Keep trying and if it doesn't work, tell your self that the more you work on it, the more you'll appreciate when it does happen and the more you'll enjoy it :bigteeth: .
Good Luck!
dude... dont worry.. itl happen... just keep writing down your dreams and reading the sites methods it'l happen sooner or later
Welcome to the forum :) , how long have you been trying? Also it can take some time to get results as every one is different. Just keep trying and you'll get a result sooner or later.
Good luck ;)
:welcome:
The easiest/simplest way must be a Dream Induced Lucid Dream (DILD), when you become lucid while you're dreaming by recognising that you're dreaming. To achieve that you can do Reality Checks (RC) during the day and hopefully through force of habit you'll do it while you're dreaming and then you'll realise you're dreaming. There's loads of possible RCs to suit anyone, pick one or two you like. That's the easiest way, but not necessarily the most effective.
You can also try Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD) which is also easy, but again may not be as effective as other methods. It's basically auto-suggestion, you tell yourself you will recognise you're dreaming.
What's easy for one person might not be as easy for you so have a look at the Tutorials page, choose a method you like and try it out for a while. :)
i've tried more than a few times with no luck. it takes work.
I've not had a lot of luck lately with having LD's but there for a while I was having them pretty frequently. For me DILD was by far the most effective. I would usually tell myself as I was going to sleep that I was going to have an LD that night, and during the day I would do RC's all the time. Then I would have an LD that night.
Lately I've been too caught up in RL to do my RC's and I'm sure that's what is causing my lack of LD's, but now it's getting to be fall and things will slow down...Time for more LD practice.
