Ok I had like my 3rd Lucid last night and I was a MILD I think but yer anyway as soon as I realied I was lucid and tryed to look at my hands... and I coudlnt see them propperly most of it was blured like my eyes were watery or something and then I wen't to move and I couldnt it was like I wasnt controling my own body... it took so much effort just to move a tiny bit... then I closed my eyes and spun but it woke me up. (I only picture my self spinning... I can never acly spin lol)
What am I doing wrong?

Hey Neil,
So did the same thing happen in all three lucids? It's possible you hadn't quite stabilized the dream yet. Next time, try and wait untill you can really see your hands clearly - this will indicate that you're lucidity level is high. THEN try to move and enjoy the dream :)

Hey Neil it seem like you had sensations of your Sleep Paralysis in your Lucid Dream. You may want to try not to move yourself like you do in the waking world instead use your thoughts to make your movements. Try focusing your thoughts on floating or even flying around, thus breaking that (SP) sensation, that's if it was SP I know usually in a dream if your body feels heavy like it weights a ton then you are just sensing a link to your physical body which is under SP. Try taking advantage of it, it's always easier to fly when your you can sense your physical body under SP. Give it a try! Good luck
