Newbie To Dreamviews

I have never had a lucid dream before. in fact I never even really looked into it. I usually have trouble remembering my dreams. I started to keep a dream journal a few days ago. I was able to record one dream each of the first two mornings. This morning I woke up to record one at about 5AM and another at about 7:30AM, so I seem to be getting better at it.
I have been reading through the different areas on this site. It is very interesting. I also found an MP3 in a thread here that you are supposed to listen to, and it induces lucid dreams...(sorry, I can't find the thread again to post it). So, I will be trying that tommorow morning.

Anyway, I hope to be able to have a lucid dream sometime soon. This site is really cool. Like I said, I am new to all this so I have plenty to learn. :shock:

You might want to have a look at the Tutorial and the Attaining Lucidity section, which have some great tips on how to LD.

:welcome: Actually, you probably HAVE had an LD before, but you've likely forgotten it before you've woken up. But, hopefully if you can improve recall, that's much less likely to happen! Good luck! :bigteeth:

welcome to dv man :) and your in for some fun! i remember my first lucid dream it was awesome. anyway make sure you have good recall and keep up the dream jornal. makes doing the techniques way easier.
