Hey Everyone Sweet Dreams

Hey Im Casper, Im new to this site but not to the wonderfully delicious world of LDs.

I had my first when I was 13 but never knew what they were. When I was younger (Im mid twenties) they were much mor vivid and magical - I remember plus relive more of them than other any of the last 2 or 3 years. I first heard of lucid dreaming when I was 16 through a very open minded older bro, I got right into it then but slowly forgot it over the years. Until I started to suffer with the big I - Insomnia!

Thats what brings me back to learning about making my dreams inviting again.Brings me to DreamViews.

After reading the whole lot I went to tutorails and went straight to Arteils` titled `Brainwave entertainment`. This interested me as I like both so I read through it and couldnt believe what was in front of me on the screen. I have always love music and while in my room as a older teenager I would listen to Leftfield before I selpt. Eventually learned that the music helps the brain to relax and wander. For me sometimes it could be like a trigger. So I very pleased to see at my first quick glance at this site and already signs that I dont have to go much further

ezekiel7, there's a great CD by an artist called Ulrich Schnauss, called 'Far away trains passing by' i find that very relaxing.

Ezekiel7 the music I listen is from a ambient group called Leftfield. They have two albums that I prefer called Leftism and Rhythm and Stealth. The harmonies are very smooth and flow together easily with (sometimes) a person chanting or singing in the backround. Im not saying they work all the time for me but they do make me totally relaxed and I can nearly feel my body vibrate. Its wonderfull and I hope you get the same atmosphere from listening to them

Maybe you could tell me more or point me in the right direction in how to learn more about adoption.
