Hello this is my first post here so sorry if you've anwsered this a hundred times. Also sorry about the spelling Im not good at it.
Yeah... so anyway, i really want to learn how to WIld more than any other type of LD, but I have several problems.
1) Due to school I can't do a WBTB except on Friday and Saturday, not good for practice.
2) I have trouble remembering to try and recall my dreams. This is again related to school as I have to hurry in the morning due to a retarded bus driver who shows up whenever he feels like it.
3) I have had sleep paralysis, but only the not being able to move part, not the images or sounds or the dream.
If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
P.S. i have had dreams where I'm LDing, but still not able to move freely, did I just forget I was actually deciding what I did or what??

Good questions. Actually, I've had your exact same problem-- trouble finding the time to deal with lucid dreaming techniques. Also I am abruptly woken up in the morning and spoken to, making it very hard to lay there and focus. This week I've had three days dreamless because of this. (Also I took a year respite from practice.)
Keep practicing on the weekends, and if possible (and ever you are free, tired, bored, etc.) practice via naps on the weekdays. Remember that the skills of lucid dreaming is acquired over time, and people learn at different speeds. Do not be discouraged that you have yet to succeed as you would have wished.
The dream recall will also come in time. You could try setting the alarm an hour earlier, waking up to remember and going right back to sleep. When I had my dream recall up enough my body seemed to wake me up every hour after 6 hours and I scored like 2-4 a night. If you do that with the alarm and then stop, I bet your body would automatically wake you up then anyway.
You just need to keep trying. Maybe you need more lucids under your belt or your too excited during the process. The settings have to be just right for you, so I suggest logging everything that seems to help, and everything that seems to hurt your WILD attempts.
Finally, when I first LD'd I couldn't fly. Soon you'll learn to take everything as it is and gain more mobility in the dream world. Don't focus or think on moving, just do it. :)
