Armageddon Heaven Has Arrived!

Hey all, my name is Armageddon Heaven, but y'all can call me Army ^_^

I've really really been interested in Lucid Dreams for quite some time now, and have recently decided to go all the way with this. Ever since Sunday night, I've been training for Lucidity-
The only problem was, was that every time I MILD I wake up really, really exhausted, with not much to show for it =P.

My dream recall is EXCELLENT, I must say =P. I've been keeping a dream journal for a loong time, and always remember my dreams by the time I hit the shower every morning.

Anyway, Tonight's the 5th night I'll be training. My goal is to reach LD by Christmas. If I don't get it by then, I think I'm just gonna give up on the whole deal, heh.

OH ! Almost forgot- my Username.
My name is actually based off my dreamsign: Armageddon. I can count about 6 times I've dreamt about the world ending-
1) Godzilla
2) Flood
3) Flames devouring the world
4) Sun goes out
5) A Rope (a metaphor- the rope is being pulled through the ceiling, and when it goes through the world will end)
6) Weird Feelings (Like I just KNOW it's gonna happen)

I could remember more, but I lost my old dream journal =P.

the "heaven" is the dreamsign I WANT to have, lol. I have this really pretty picture I call "heaven" in my mind, and I really hope to go there one day in a Lucid Dream...

Not the best of ideas, Armageddon, to put a time limit and pressure on yourself. And trust me, you don't want to give up the whole deal. -winks- My first LD came when I relaxed and took a breather, it just washed on up naturally. When I try and put my lucid growth through the highway, it often backfires.

But you're only on day 5 so I'm getting ahead of myself. Most people get their first LD within the first few weeks, so you should defiantly have one by Christmas. Be sure to utilize all the wonderful information around here, which you've obviously been doing as a forum looker. ;)

Ah, good adivce, GA. I suppose I have been a bit...uptight? about the whole thing...
And yeah, ffire, they are pretty mad. It feels so, so real that the desperation is reality.
But in my Armageddon Nightmares, I'm always on the mission to stop them, you know? I never sit back in fear as the world ends, I always find myself trying so hard to stop it. Pretty crazy, but my subconcious mind has been doin' a lotta work =P


You guys seem so cool here, I've read a lot and I've seen that there aren't any newbs or retards exclaiming "THIS SUX!! YOU GUYS ARE CRAZYYY!" an' stuff. ^_^ Neat, cool place. I'm glad I registered.

btw- i&#39;m gonna make a thread about all my questions, and lemme assure ya there are a LOT >_<

Hey&#33; I have had crazy dreams about the world ending before&#33; Let me tell you about this not-so-lucid one that I had, it&#39;s my favorite dream ever. For Some reason. I remember this one in its entirety.

I dreamt that I was walking into my bedroom and there was this female scientist in a labcoat working on something. She turned to me in excitement and said "We have done it&#33;" In her hand was a miniature version of a black whole with small-scale planets revolving around it. Suddenly, the planets were sucked in and then my bedsheets, then the girl. Everything started getting sucked in. I tried to run, but the intense gravity "sucked" me to the wall. I managed to pull myself loose and run outside my house into the street, where there happened to be like 500 people walking down it (this is unusually, since I live on a county road). It exploded through my roof and went straight up toward the sun. A black thing flew in front of the sun and missed. Someone said "Hey&#33; It missed" and I said "No&#33; that was just a seagull&#33;" Suddenly the sun darkened and turned blood red. From that pont onward I would quote a bit of Zechariah saying "And the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood." The next thing I knew I walking into my house which was no painted black and had the "condemned" signs all over it. They didn&#39;t say condemned, but I knew that was what they were. Once I got inside, I heard a knock at my door and I opened it. There was a man whom I did not recognize pointing a gun at my head. I then pointed at an enormous gun rack where my TV used to be and said "Don&#39;t even bother, we have plenty of guns here." He said "oh don&#39;t worry, it&#39;s not a real gun." He pulled the trigger and out came a bunch of antennas, like the kind you see on expensive remote controlled cars. So I told him to come on in. My mom then took me, my sisters, and my cat (who could now talk) across the street to her boyfriends house, because the government knew where we lived and we needed to change our base of operations. Next to my house, where my neighbors used to be, there was now an enormous govenerment installation, complete with airport. When we arrived at carl&#39;s house, my youth minister met me and said. "I need you to do me a favor." I said "Sure what is it." He said "I need you to watch the olympics for me tonight." Of course I agreed, then he said "wait&#33;" there is this guy who thinks he can beat you at mario. Go beat him" When I found the guy, he prompltly fell of a cliff in the game. I snatched the controller and made it to the end, where bowser was flying around in that crazy clown machine. A chain came down from the top of the screen and I pulled it and died, because I pulled it at the wrong time. My mom came and got me and said it was time to leave. When we got into the car, my sister said "Mommy, I am hungry." Immediately my mom pulled a shotgun from under her seat, shot my cat and threw it back to my grateful sister. As we were driving away, 9 stealth bombers began to follow us in formation and I said "Look out&#33; It&#39;s the intersteller 9&#33;" As we drove down the road we dodged cardboard cut-outs of people, as if they were real. We eventually escaped to this area where there were a lot of cliffs off the road. I told my mom "I think we better slow down" She said "me too" Promptly after that, we proceeded to drive right off of a cliff. I woke up and woke up my friend and told him all about it. I couldn&#39;t stop laughing it was so hilarious.

My question is.....HOW ON EARTH DID I NOT FIGURE THIS OUT TO BE A DREAM&#33;?

Wow, that was one AWESOME dream xD&#33;
I really liked the beginning, with the blood red sun and stuff.
And yeah, those Apocolyptic dreams can get pretty fun after a while =P&#33;
