(WBTB) Wake Back to Bed
Lucid 83 talks all about it here:

Kind of funny because I did this very technique this morning without thinking about it.
wait... so whats the difference between "wild" and "wbtb" ??
Only a few differences I can see. One Wild does not require you necessarily to get out of bed, or read lucid material/watch dream movies. You simply must stay awake for 30-60 minutes.
The other is that this is compatible with MILD and HILD.
So yeah it's in a sense a mixture in with the others. Take it as it is hehe.
ok i think i get the idea... well here gose another wild, dild night. :P
but first .. some sexual insperation *hint hint* :P
Okay: WBTB doesn't neccessarily have to do with lucid dreaming.
All WBTB is, is waking up, staying awake for a bit and then going back to sleep. The theory behind this is that you'll get an REM boost for that last bit of your sleep after you go back to bed. This can have an impact on chances of becoming lucid, or even just boosting vividity and recall in non-lucids.
WILD, MILD, and all those other techniques on the other hand,m are things you actually do ONCE you go back to bed. You can use MILD without WBTB, and WILD too in theory, though in practice WILD is much more effective with WBTB.
