hey everyone
im a newb to the forum
ive been recording my dreams on and off for about a year and half
i am going to now try to be more motivated and wake up in the night to try and remember other dreams
ive been recording my dreams constantly as many as i can remember for about 4 months
i only wake up when im done sleeping so i only remember one of my dreams

Most people set an alarm for times in the night to get up and write them down in their journals...
I'm too lazy for that though. :P

yeh setting an alarm, from approximately 90 minute intervals from wen u go to sleep is what some people do, for example if you went to bed at 9:00 and falls asleep around 15 minutes later then set ur alarm for 3:15 and you could by chance wake up during a dream or just after. someone might have to double chek what i just said cos im not 100% sure thats what u do.
but yeah keep up the journal and maybe you will ld.
