Hello My Friends.

I stumbled across this site via google after stumbling across the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Mr. LaBerge. I am amazed by the vastness of this internal phenomenon and the lack of people that know about it!

I have been recording with a dream journal for a year now but I frequently get lazy in the morning to right down my dream. But despite my laziness i have noticed a great increase in my dream recall.

I have tried many methods such as MILD, WILD, HIT and a ton of combos and variations, but have yet to have a LD :( . I believe that I will eventually recognize something odd in my dreams and enter the LD world but it just seems that I am completely oblivious to what is going on. (ex: last night i was scrambling up a tree at lightning fast speeds to avoid a rock slide, COMMON BRAIN WORK WITH ME HERE)

But anyways this place seems to be a great place to talk about this stuff since most of you are experienced
oneironauts.
