hey im danski and im new here. I had a lucid on sunday and didn't know what happened so i came here and am learning about lucid dreaming. I am having no luck and haven't had any progress since that damn accidental dream. What are the fastest and most effective ways to learn lucid dreaming? :whyme:

Everybody has lucid dreams at different rates so you'll have to try different techniques and see what works best for you. :)

Gratz on the first LD, keep working at it. I've noticed that different things work better on certain nights and such, so keep an open mind and don't get discouraged :)
