Hey everyone, Ive just decided to create an account but Ive been reading th forum for some time now.
I have only had a lucid dream 1 time so far and it was only for a few seconds it seemed. That was back around 8 years or so when I was about 8 I think. I remember realizing that I was in a dream and did some cool things like zipping around and stuff. I woke up and told my dad about my dream an he didnt take much notice so I guess Ive been surpressing the idea of lucid dreaming for some time now and I am so glad I found this site now. I am 16 1/2 now and I'e been practicing on my dream recall this past week and its going pretty good. I just bought somee b-6 yesterday50mg and it did help the vividness of my dream butstill no lucidity. I want to ween myself up to 100mg maybe but I wanted to see if it was safe to do?

Hey nice to meet you! You should be fine uping the dose a tad bit because its a water soluble vitamin and will flush out of your system quickly. But don use the vitamins to often or your body will become accustomed to them.

There is a topic in the General Lucid Discussion forum about B6. I'd suggest giving it a once-over. I myself only use B6 (100mg) when in a dry spell.
