Hi, I'm 15 and i just found this site today reading about sleeping on this one website. Well i'm very excited to see if i could control my lucid dream tonight. I have a question. Stephen has two books, Lucid Dreaming (Book w/CD) that was published in 2006, and Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming that was published back then. Is there a difference? Which one should i get? Thank you. :)

Im reading Exploring right now, and I think its more informative of how to Lucid Dream then the other book, but I havent read that one. And its simply controlling your dream, that in itself is a lucid dream. Happy dreaming!

i've got both books...
EWOLD is good, i haven't looked at the second one yet.

I have both. EWOLD is saturated with much more information. Lucid dreaming only presents a light start to the journey. EWOLD gives all of the information needed to Lucid Dream. Of course, I recomend reading both, but really, EWOLD will most likely suffice. Of course, it's all personal choice. Welcome to the forum. If you need anything, feel free to contact myself or another member.

WooHoo! Welcome on board and don't forget to take a look at our tutorials as well :D

Exploring the world of lucid dreaming seems to be the leading book in lucid dreaming. I haven't even heard of the other one. I can certainly recomend EWOLD - it has information in about all of the established methods, and also shows you other stuff, like relaxation techniques, and shows you all the things you can do through Lucid dreaming
I certainly dont recommend "Lucid Dreaming in 30 Days". I can't remember who it was by, but I gave it a try for the first 3 days, and it just didn't work. I've since read most of it just to see if it had anything new to say, but it's more or less repeating what LaBerge said
